Brian and Nick were great to work with. They installed the 3 fans and light switches and went above and beyond to research an electrical problem I was having. Great customer sercives, cleaned up and the price was competive. Looking forward to working with them aganin. BB

I am really disappointed in Brian. His prices and service and attitude used to be great. Now he is charging for putting in the wrong thing and charging again a few days later, to put in the right one. Although he knew the problem we had, and knew the type of old circuit breaker we have, he came with a 20 amp breaker only, when it could have needed either a 20 or 30 amp one. He came and saw that it needed the 30 amp for the washer and dryer to be able to go back on and not be likely to blow a fuse again soon. This would be fine if he'd then go and get the 30 amp one and replace it at no charge, but instead he charged me $ 450 to put in the 20 amp and then wanted to charge another $460 a few days later, to take out the wrong one he put in and replace it with the 30 amp. He first said he would see if he could get credit from the store for us for the 20 amp that we paid for, never needed, and he gets to keep, but when it came to it, he just wanted to charge us another $460. Why would we pay for the wrong thing he had put in because he hadn't had stock of the right amp breaker? Why would he otherwise leave us with a breaker that will short very soon again because it is too low an amp? Imagine if every time someone sold you something, they put in the wrong thing, knowing it was a band-aid, and then wanted to come back a few days later when they had the right part and charge you a second time for that? Anyway, when I said that would be nearly $1,000 for one breaker, he offered to put in the right breaker for an additional $375 instead of $460. Also I asked him about 4 different times to send me a receipt for the $460 I paid him (for that wrong and almost useless breaker) since I need it for taxes as this is a rental property. He promised to send it. He didn't. Very nice guy when you talk to him, but my husband is a contractor, and he would never put in the wrong thing as a band-aid for a few days and then charge for it and charge again for the right part when he had it. I had really liked this guy but the right thing to do, would be to take out the 20 amp at his convenience within the next few weeks and replace it with the correct 30 amp part at no additional charge. (unless the 30 amp cost a bit more than the 20 amp) That is what I had anticipated. I never thought he would do this.

They overcharged for the job. Didn't leave an itemized final invoice. In the end they asked for more money which they said they wouldn't go over the $965 bid for the 220 install. It took most all my sons money and he said "we're not having them back". There has already been a breaker thrown since they did the job.

Very professional would hire him again

Brian, the owner, contacted me immediately. Some electrical wiring needed to be moved and added elsewhere to install 1 outlet and 3 switches. We agreed on a price after he came and looked at the job. while the job was being completed, I decided I would put the switches in myself at a later date, which we agreed on. "I" should have re-negotiated the price, as I was still charged as if the switches had been included and installed. This was my error. Brian was extremely knowledgeable, and he and Nick were both very pleasant. I would hire them again.

They came out the same day that I made a request for service

Brian, the owner, contacted me immediately and kept me informed of his arrival time. He arrived on time and knew exactly what our problem was. He and his son were both very courteous and polite. They had our job done quickly and cleaned up all of their mess. Their pricing was also very good. We are so happy with our new lights! I can finally see in the kitchen!! Thanks guys!!
