"The project went really smoothly from start to finish. The project was done on time with zero issues along the way. He was on time every morning, used floor protection throughout the work area and cleaned up every day after he was done. Corral Flooring did an amazing job on the project. "Francisco was great! He did 2 rooms of vinyl for me and it looks beautiful! He was efficient and neat and when they left, it was like they were never there--except my beautiful floors were there. I didn't buy new baseboards and I guess he thought the old ones looked kinda bad, so he painted them!!! He is coming back tomorrow, because my existing floor had a couple of places that separated and he is going to see if he can fix them. He just offered on his own. It was a great experience, working with Francisco. He is professional, and polite and really knows what he's doing. I would recommend Francisco to anyone who is interested in having new flooring put in. In fact, I did tell a friend. "They did some installation and stripping work on the floors. They would sand do the floor to make sure that it all matches. They did everything that he said that he would do. They cleaned up their work, and did some amazing touch up work and always showed up on time."

"The technician arrived promptly.  We walked through the house to look at what was to be done, and I provided him with a written list (which I never saw again). The actual patching was very well done, but the texturing on about half the patches was not very good. I felt the need to remind the technician about some of the patches, and I had to touch up about three of the deeper patches later. Cleanup was reasonably well done with a broom and dustpan, except for one of the patches where there were bits of old drywall left on the floor. After I vacuumed, all was again in order.  I had the feeling that the quality of cosmetic work became lower as time went on.
In summary, the structural part of the patches was very well done, but the cosmetic part of the job was not.
