Popcorn Acoustic Ceiling Texture Application, Repair or Removal
Bart and Carlos were great to work with. We had a wet ceiling problem that had to be repaired and they made an extra effort to respond quickly. They helped with some extras, also, that were not in the contract that helped us out after the work was done.

Initially, we had assumed that a restoration company would be more expensive than regular painters, so we nearly didn't contact Euro for an estimate. However, we wanted some drywall work and small remodeling done, so we thought we would try. We're so glad we did. Their estimate was approximately the same as the two other painters we contacted, and they offered us so much more. Carlos, Bart, and their team were fantastic. Not only did they do excellent work on the drywall and painting, they also helped us with some plumbing and other issues that were unrelated to the project. They have exceptional work ethics, were dependable, and truly cared about our home and satisfaction. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

The whole process was very smooth considering how many unexpected situations popped up. When I tore up the old tiles i damaged the underlying concrete so badly that Euro Painting had to put down a self leveling cement to make the process possible. I was offered the choice of doing this myself or having them do it and I chose to have Euro Painting do this. It turned out excellent. The floor Turned out extremely nicely, it looks like a piece of art that you would find in a museum. They also resurfaced our table and that turned out extremely well.

They were absolutely fantastic. They are honest. The workers have to do the actual lining down of the countertops. Their repairs were tended to impeccably before they started the work. They rounded the hard edges. They removed a cutting board. They did all kinds of things for me. I would highly recommend the company to anyone needing countertop work. Their costs were at least 75% less expensive than an installation of marble or stone countertops.

I was very impressed with both the owner and the team that did the work. They provided a quote, showed up promptly, held to the promised schedule, answered my questions and addressed any concerns that I had. When asked, the owner provided advice on color selection. The house looks much better, and I have gotten several compliments on the new look. The team found that the wood dry rot was more extensive than it appeared from the outside. They repaired it and the wood now looks great. It was clear that the owner and team cared about their work product. I would hire them again.

They didn't do any staining as 1) the steps aren't real wood, so need no treatment and 2) the railings are real wood but won't need staining for another year or 2.

Euro Painting performed both interior and exterior painting as well as applied an epoxy coating on our garage floor. The exterior painting of our territorial style bricks along the parapets looks amazing. They took extra care to protect the stucco of the house using plastic so that there was no change of any unexpected drips prior to beginning any work They also painted new baseboards for the interior of the house. Both painting jobs were performed professionally and turned out exactly as we were hoping. They also applied an epoxy coating to our almost 60 year old garage floor which turned out exceptional particularly considering the challenges of a floor that old. We have had comments on how great it looks and we are very pleased with the outcome. We would highly recommend Euro Painting and will definitely be calling on them again as we consider other home improvements!

I got a quote from Europainting towards the middle of August, and after agreeing to the terms of the contract, we got started with the project of staining our newly installed stairs. The project started on 8/27 and was completed on 8/28. I paid Europainting for the project on 8/29. We did not use the stairs for the next few days using the stairs going from my patio to the master bedroom to let the polyurethane cure. When we were able to use our stairs we noticed stain had been dropped in a few places and smudged in a few , making those areas look horrible. Those are the areas I have circled in the pics. I was very calm about it and called Mr Stobienia about it and sent him some pictures. His worker came back to my house and my wife bought it up the spots to him and was told that's how the wood absorbed the stain, which I thought was interesting. When I mentioned this to Mr Stobienia , he gave me a different story and mind you this is without physically looking at it. He said either the wood was stained prior to being installed which is improbable because the wood was sanded before installation and if there was a stain it would have been buffed out. He then went on to say my family or I dropped something on stairs to look that way, which again is improbable because we had the steps covered and were not using them. He also said he had worked with the worker for 10 yrs and his work was immaculate. The worker had told my wife he worked with Mr Stobienia for 2-3yrs, which raised more red flags. It is plain to see from the pictures his work was anything but immaculate from the stain he had on multiple places on the wall where there should have never been any stain. I even gave Mr Stobienia the chance to come to my house to inspect but he kept lying and giving me excuses. At that point I did not feel having a person of his integrity come to my house to fix things and chose not to deal with him further. I have waited more than 30 days to post this review so I would not let my emotions take over and have my review be more balanced.

The employee that was going to perform this job has been with out company since June of 2008, however, a different employee was likely the one you asked, as he has been with us for about two years now. It was just a misunderstanding and no one ever intentionally mislead you. I remember this job well, and I am also sorry that you felt as though you were in some way accused of creating the spot that didn't absorb the stain the same. I believe that Bart was trying to give explanations as to what could have happened. We would have gladly corrected the few spots but I understand that you did not feel comfortable by this point in time to let us. Seeing as you believe we deserve an "F" rating, I doubt you would accept our apologies but nevertheless, we are sincerely sorry that you had such a bad experience. That's all we can offer since you didn't allow us to correct the issue when we tried. The stairs still came out beautifully, despite the couple of spots and the price was extremely good for the labor and time that went into completion. Euro Painting"
