He also took down the old 4 x 4 Mexican tile off the wall and installed new Mexican tile for the baseboard on the wall and around the bottom of a kiva fireplace. Everything looked beautiful after he completed the job. They were on time, friendly. professional and cleaned up when they were done. They definitely take pride in their work. "The technician arrived promptly.  We walked through the house to look at what was to be done, and I provided him with a written list (which I never saw again). The actual patching was very well done, but the texturing on about half the patches was not very good. I felt the need to remind the technician about some of the patches, and I had to touch up about three of the deeper patches later. Cleanup was reasonably well done with a broom and dustpan, except for one of the patches where there were bits of old drywall left on the floor. After I vacuumed, all was again in order.  I had the feeling that the quality of cosmetic work became lower as time went on.
In summary, the structural part of the patches was very well done, but the cosmetic part of the job was not.

"Three ladies came to my home and cleaned every single surface, doors, frames, baseboards, floors, the kitchen and bath in 6 1/2 hours total. They did an excellent job and got a few tough areas I had not been able to get completely clean. I clean very well, but didn't want to spend the time to do the whole house at this time. Usually cleaning services do not clean as well as I do, but E & E did a better job than I do myself. It was a bit pricey, but they did such an incredible job I cannot really complain about the cost."

Initially I had a difficult time trying to get a hold of them. after 3 weeks I had to call angie's list then I finally got a call back a few days later. There were areas that were missed but for $85 it was a decent job. if my yard gets out of control and I can get it done for the same price I may consider using the same company.
