"They showed up when they said they would. Immediately went to work. Fixed all my projects just a bit longer than their time estimate, but faster than I thought it would be done. Cleaned up after themselves. Were pleasant and respectful. Told me when they thought there might be problems and why before they started on one of the project. "They are really reliable, responsive and they have many talents; not just septic. I use them all the time.
