"They showed up when they said they would. Immediately went to work. Fixed all my projects just a bit longer than their time estimate, but faster than I thought it would be done. Cleaned up after themselves. Were pleasant and respectful. Told me when they thought there might be problems and why before they started on one of the project. "The guys scraped and repaired all of the parapets around the roof edge, they removed and replaced an entire exterior wall surface, and fixed many cracks and chips all around the house. The stucco had weathered over the years and naturally started to crack and peel off. They did a wonderful job and for a very reasonable cost with 50% down for materials then 50% at job completion."
