The worker that installed our beautiful, light gray shower with modern brushed chrome hardware was excellent in his work. He laid down huge cloth walkways so he wouldn't track through the house. He was very careful and cleaned up everything each day. We are very pleased with the new shower and feel it is a real upgrade which will help when we sell the house. "

Lionel is a superb builder as well as an honest businessman. We hired Lionel for a significant construction job on our existing home. Lionel laid out the job in detail, provided a thorough estimate, and came in on budget. Based on that excellent experience, we had him build us a cabin in the mountains. Lionel was an exemplary contractor, laying out the project, establishing both fix prices and allowances based on the component of the job, and stuck to these prices without the shifty add-ons that you get from many contractors. His workmanship is superb, and he has a network of subcontractors who also performed at a high level. He ensured that his workers and subs kept the job site clean and completed the work to his exacting standards, even if that required additional work. They got the necessary permits and started work the same day. The team worked very hard cutting out an 80’ section of driveway, digging by hand to the old sewer line, replacing it with new cleanouts and back flow valve, backfilling and packing the dirt and pouring new concrete. What a huge effort and a fabulous job done by NE Plumbing & Heating! I highly recommend them! "
