"The job that was performed went exceptionally well. I didn't have a pick-up truck to retrieve the water heater from a local store, he went over to the store and picked it up for me. He removed the old one and installed the new one. He also cleaned up the water that leaked over when emptying the old one. I called Affordable Plumbing in the morning and he was right over with in the hour. He hooked up my water line for the evaporative cooler while he was here. The cost was much less than what I had anticipated, a whole lot less. I'm satisfied and thankful. He's upfront with cost and no hidden fees. I would definitely recommend Art Villalobos for plumbing needs. I will use his services in the future. "
"I have used Mr. Rooter several times over the past few years. Once, I tried to do something to a pipe under a sink that I really shouldn't have messed with, and I ended up with a gushing leak from the pipe. I ran around finding buckets and bowls to catch the water, towels to sop up all the water that ended up on the floor, and a phone book to find a plumber. I randomly picked Mr. Rooter because it had a big add that said they took emergency calls. I called, and was pretty upset, and a plumber was dispatched immediately. He called me while on the way to my house to see if he could help me to turn off the water, but I was pretty useless. He arrived quickly and stopped the gushing water quickly and fixed the whole problem quickly. I don't remember how much that cost, because I was just happy he came so fast. I have also used Mr. Rooter to purchase a new water heater and thermostat. The plumber was courteous, and as far as I can tell he did a good job, but there was some question about the accuracy of some information he provided about the water heater, which has been a problem. I can't comment on how good the price was, because I didn't comparison shop.

Storm Drain Installation questions, answered by experts
To maintain a storm door's functionality and appearance, you should regularly clean the glass and frames, lubricate the hinges and other moving parts, and inspect the seals for any signs of wear.
Most homeowners can expect to pay between $186 and $680, with the cost of installing storm doors averaging $432, including both materials and installation. Labor costs range from $75 to $400, depending on the complexity of the job; however, paying for a professional helps save you time and ensures proper installation. If you go the DIY route, you could spend anywhere from $250 to $1,000 for just the labor kit, which includes the door and hardware. You’ll also need to budget for tools, like a power drill and level, if you don’t already have them.
If you’re installing hurricane ties, consider other storm-proofing projects. You could call a window pro to install storm windows, get in touch with a door installer to add storm doors, or just ask your hurricane tie installer what other projects they’d recommend you get done at the same time.
There's a long list of benefits of adding a storm door to your home, making the minimal cost, difficulty, and time commitment of installation well worth it. It protects your home from rain, wind, and show, improves your energy efficiency, allows you to save money on electric bills, offers great ventilation, and deters break-ins.
If your home cannot accommodate a traditional garage door, there are plenty of other options to choose from. Consider installing a door made of glass, fiberglass, sheet metal, or faux wood. You can also choose a unique style like a folding, tilt-up, sliding, or carriage door. Consult a local garage door installer to discuss the options available for your garage shape and size.
