"This company was very professional. The work that was done is amazing. The project was completed in a timely manner. Everything that I wanted done was done right. They even cleaned up after themselves. The piece of property that I needed cleaned up had weeds that were peeking over a 6ft fence. It would have been impossible for me to accomplish this project. I cannot stress enough how hard this company worked. The owner was polite and friendly. He came out to personally make sure I was pleased with the work."
I run a lawn care service which includes mowing, edging, weed eating, hedge trimming, tree trimming and tree removal, seeding, weeding, deicing/salt spreading, junk/waste removal.

"Lawn Patrol removed five dead pecan trees and one mulberry tree. Their price was great, even with the bee problem in the mulberry. I look forward to working with them again."
"Gizmo’s owner was very personable and took less than an hour to cut our tall weeds. We did, however, have a communication snafu in that we had written down two different calendar dates for the service. Also, I had understood that the weeds would be cut but that no weed retardant would be applied, as it was so much extra. However, I had not realized that the yard would not be cleaned up for the price but that the weeds would be left on the yard in large pieces. I appreciated the fact that they accepted credit cards but felt that, overall, $200 was rather expensive for a small back yard."
"Service was exceptional. The two individuals were very knowledgeable and took the time to check every part of our system out to make sure it was in working order. They also explained how everything worked as well. Would highly recommend this company to others. Very nice, pleasant individuals."
While you don’t need to put anything down before mulch, you can apply a pre-emergent herbicide to prevent weed growth. As long as you remove weeds before you spread mulch, you should be in the clear. But a herbicide is something that you can put down before mulch as an extra layer of protection.
Hiring a leaf removal company is a reliable way to get rid of a lot of leaves in your yard. Some companies offer a full range of yard cleaning services, while others may only haul away the leaves you gather and bag yourself. If you prefer the DIY route, you can try mulching leaves with your mower, using a leaf blower to collect them, using a leaf tarp to bag them, and more.
Mushrooms do not harm your yard. In fact, they can actually help improve your lawn health by decomposing woody organic matter in your soil, and breaking it down into nutrients that feed your grass and plants.
Land clearing costs an average of $3,743, but prices can range anywhere from $400 to $15,000, depending on the size of the land you need cleared, how dense the coverage is, and what needs to be removed. Expect prices toward the lower end if your professional just needs to mulch some plants and shrubs on a small patch of land, and expect prices to move toward the higher end for things like taking down a large number of trees and removing landscaping boulders.
In most cases, it’s better to remove rocks before adding mulch. Layering the two will restrict drainage and plant health, and can create an unpleasant texture underfoot.
