He asked me before he did anything and gave me all his information if we had any issues to call him so we brought him back out to do an additional project. For the third surface they indicated a different chemical was required and they had to obtain it. I was to hear from them within two days to schedule a time for them to return. I am still waiting afte one week for the call back. Poor customer service."
