Stone & Grout Meister

Old grout in shower was failing allowing water to leak through the tile and underneath the master bedroom carpet, making a big stain. Contacted Joe in late October and explained to him that we needed it fixed before company came for Thanksgiving if possible. He came promptly and made a thorough inspection of the shower. In addition to the grout, he found a problem with the shower door that we had failed to notice. He was very meticulous in selecting a color for the new grout to match the old. He ordered the materials and returned second week in November to do the repairs, upon which he spent several hours. His price seemed extremely reasonable for the amount of time he spent on it. Repaired door works beautifully, and shower doesn't leak anymore!

Joe was extremely professional and thorough. I would recommend him to anyone for this type of work.

Arrived at scheduled time and checked grout on wall and floor of bathroom and also made sure none of the tiles were loose.  He determined that filling in the missing grout was all that was needed.  This was done about a week before the work was done as he had to order the color that matched my grout.
The repairs were done professionally and  are undetectable.  Beautiful work Joe, many thanks!!!

Initial eval was timely, Joe is busy so we did have to wait for the actual job to be done.  He worked well with my tenant and her schedule.  The actual cost was below his high estimate.  Very pleased!

Fantastic. Joe is a busy guy, but does great work. As with anyone that is doing great work, they will be busy. Be patient in working to schedule your time with them. He will take the time needed to discuss your options.

Joe came to the house and cleaned my old, dried, stained and dirty Saltillo tile and turned it into a beautiful floor that makes the whole room light up.  He came to the house and did all the cleaning by himself one day and then put sealer and finish on it the next day.  Thank you Joe - it looks like a show room in there!

Work took about 2 days total, my main shower was leaking through a badly caulked floorpan. They tore out all the old caulk and made everything look like new again (blasting away a decade of soapscum etc) and then sealing all of the grout. Truly impressive work! They did the same for the marble surround on my downstairs tub/shower combo. Very high quality work!
On another note, what is with the "F" reviews from people who called but never heard back? Angies list should remove that nonsense and actually use reviews from people who had work done.

Both shower and bathroom floor look like new!  Joe is knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and courteous.  He enjoys his craft and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

There was a bit of  a wait between when we got the estimate and when the job could be started (a couple weeks) because of other jobs the company had and it was during the holidays. Overall a fantastic job. Joe and crew are friendly and courteous, made sure all carpet areas were protected as they brought in their equipment, and finished the job in less time than was estimated.
The shower looks great and Joe had good advice for maintenance of the cleaned areas as well.

They did such a great job that it looks like new.  It was absolute perfection. They were here 9:00 am until 4:00 and did a great job.  They came back to check and make sure everything was good.

Work went very well. Entire process took approx 1 week. Removed/replaced all damaged or missing grout. Replaced a few broken tiles, Cleaned and sealed all grout. We were very satisfied with results.

Arrived on time.   Performed exactly the services in the quote.

Had a wide variety of tools and equipment and supplies for handling every aspect of the job.

Explained processes thoroughly and clearly. Answered questions and concerns with patience and great knowledge.

Results are excellent: acres (well not really) of ceramic tile and grout cleaned (VERY!) and SEALED.

Explained well the maintenance steps we could take to keep the floors clean and bright, and forestall any further work on them.

Ultimately charged LESS than his original quote, after he applied his ANGIE'S LIST coupon/quote that I was not aware of.

We WILL have Joe and Ann back to do the remainder of our floors.
