Best home inspectors near Glorieta, NM

"Inspection was extremely thorough. He explained his finding and recommended actions in great detail as was his report"

"Not only was Tommy incredibly thorough and clear with his home inspection report - including calling us half way through it, and coming back to walk us through it (at no charge!) after we moved in to our new home. He is the BEST!!!!!!"

"Reviewed in Farmington, NM. Gary was extremely professional & explained every test he was performing to us, so we could understand. Called us after we received our air quality report & went through it in detail. We would highly recommend Gary & his company to anyone."

"When I was looking for a mold inspector in Santa Fe, Eric Tillson was by far the most professional of any I spoke to. By professional I mean he spent a great deal of time talking with me without trying to sell himself. I was interested in a particular mold test called an ERMI test and though it was not one he used himself, he took the time to research it and explained in depth how his method of testing could be combined with the ERMI to give me the information I needed. Do not be fooled by the fact that his company is new -- he has been in the business for a very long time and is extremely knowledgeable. Last but not least, Eric is a very kind man. I was extremely anxious about the mold in a house I rented and he could not have been more understanding and compassionate. Incidentally, he also does thorough cleaning of homes after (or before) remediation. I will definitely be hiring him to do that for me in the near future."

"Shawn was responsive, professional, knowledgeable and honest. He inspected our home, and told us with integrity that no more inspection was needed - it was not a mold problem. He offered alternative solutions and problem-solving ideas. Thank you!"

"We are still in the budgeting phase and have not contacted yet however Scott Hughes of Groundwork’s was a great resource. He provided detailed information on the issues and how they would resolve them for us."

"Gregorio is excellent-professional and diligent. All work exceeds expectations. I highly recommend him."

"Very useful and explained things in terms I could understand. Did not do anything that was not approved until he spoke to us. When the report was back from analysis, it was explained so we could understand it."
