"However, I called and relayed my problems to the receptionist, Carol. I indicated that because I am a single mother of three I did not have the finances to replace one of my troublesome downspouts. Carol was so friendly and took the time to instruct me on how to repair downspout myself, which by the way was successful! "About half of our kitchen and half of the utility room had become bowed by water leaking under the floor from a water heater. We discovered the water heater leak and replaced it, but were not aware of the extent of the problem. No one wanted the job! It wasn't big enough for them. Ramon Acosta of D&R Services determined the extent of the damage and gave us a fair estimate. His team obtained the floor covering we selected and did a beautiful job of putting it down covering both affected rooms after replacing the floor itself. There was also damage to a door jam that required additional structural work, which they also handled. They cleaned everything up and left nothing for us to have to do ourselves.

"We had Country Decks do a few different projects and everything went great. He did the smaller stuff first, remove a ceiling fan and install a light, replaced 2 doors, move electrical outlets, patch and paint the walls, install shelves. We had no issues, he gave us great ideas, and was very flexible. The jobs were done as quoted and on time.
We then had him remove 2 adobe patio coverings and install a pergola at the front door and install a deck in the back yard. He again gave us great ideas and designed 2 great additions to our home. He kept us appraised throughout the process and gave us accurate information regarding cost and timelines. All of the work was completed as quoted and on schedule.
We are very pleased with all of the work he did for us.
