"I am so happy with the BCI Acrylic product. There were so many options to choose from. I have found it to be low maintenance and very easy to clean. I had two showers remodeled and I am very satisfied. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a bath remodel."
"I'm impressed with this contractor he exceeded my expectations he got everything done on a timely manner very professional and my kitchen looks amazing"
"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011. Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required. I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding. She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline. I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design. A true professional and great person to work with. The design was spot on and my wife and i were very impressed. Thank you Jill. "
"Mr. Stressler was very easy to work with, and he did everything asked of him. His work met all of my expectations and specifications. Should I need any further remodeling, I would not hesitate to call Mr. Stressler. In category below asking for dates of service. But due to my travels, work was done in increments: master bath, kitchen, guest bathroom, and then in June a one day outside job in which a new door was put on a storage unit, and my security door was given a new coat of paint."
"Went well, definitely happy with the product and quality. Felt like the project took a bit longer than we thought it would, but we knew there was a lot of work to be done. Ruele worked with us to do some remodeling to get to what we wanted, whereas other people only told us what they were willing to do. Staff was very friendly and nice to be around. House and windows look great!"
"It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."
"They did an excellent, I watched them very closely, and they did an exceptionally good work. They were very good people to have inside the house and they were highly professional, very trustworthy people. They came from Albuquerque, and I am a hundred miles away, but they came here on time when they said they would for straight 2 days. They bring very high quality material and equipment."
"First of all, most contractors give you an estimate without charging, and this really was nothing more than that. When he looked at the area to be remodeled, he gave me many more options than in the final plans, and it wasn't what I needed. "
Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel questions, answered by experts
If done right, wainscoting can make a small bathroom look bigger, but it has more to do with the color choices than the wainscoting itself. If you keep it light and paint the wainscoting the same color as the wall, it can add depth to the design while making the room feel open. Another option is to add wallpaper with a large design on the walls above the wainscoting.
If you have a bathroom closet with movable shelves, you can place them at virtually any spacing that works for you. Useful measurements between shelves in the working, or middle, section can be 10 to 16 inches for towels or linens. Lower or higher shelving could be up to 24 inches between shelves to store lesser-used or bulky items or boxes.
A water closet is a room within a bathroom where a toilet has a dedicated door for privacy. This separate space is set apart from the rest of the bathroom, allowing someone else to use the shower or sink. In some instances, there is also a small sink in the water closet for added convenience. The main benefit of a water closet is that it offers private space and can be a desirable design amenity, particularly if the bathroom is shared with others.
A walk-in shower without a door is referred to as a barrier-free shower or doorless walk-in shower. This feature makes the shower more accessible for people with disabilities, but it can also be attractive for minimalist designs because of the clean lines. A doorless walk-in shower also means one less surface to clean, but they can have downsides like splashing water and a lack of privacy, so do your research first.
Adding a half bathroom can be worth it for two reasons: you want to increase the livability of your home and increase its value. While a value increase is more likely for a smaller home than a larger one, smaller houses with a large number of occupants can see a drastic increase in the ease and flow of daily life with the addition of a half bathroom.
