"Only reason I gave a 4.5 was not because of any lack of craftsmanship. the 4.5 was due to the scheduling. When a scheduled time was supposed to been met, it wasn't. This was for one instance only. I get it, things happen and come up but let the customer know. That it itself is in no way a bad reflection on the quality of work. I got 5 bids and went with Stoneworx. I could have gone with someone else. NO company is perfect, as you as homeowners know. I would use them again and have referred friends and family. "Felipe and his crew did a large project for me (back porch) and myriad smaller items to repair our new home. Short version: I'll definitely be using them again and recommending them, but you need to be engaged. They are not a set-and-forget crew. In general, the quality of the work is high. The porch is exactly as we imagined it and we're quite happy. The only issues I have with some of the work is the fit and finish. Roofing nails missing the joists weren't redone, so now there are nails hanging into my porch. The ramset nails they used to attach the base plate to the concrete pad had some kind of wax/rubber around them which wasn't completely removed prior to painting, so there are weird nubs sticking up on the base plate. Some of the screws on door moulding weren't puttied over. The biggest issue I had with them was communication and scheduling. Felipe forgot a few parts of the project and things got dropped a few times. It worked out because I was paying close attention, but I think he may just have too much going on so things will fall between the cracks. Scheduling was a regular issue. Our project took place right outside of our bedroom, so we wanted to know the night before if they would be there. It was about 50/50 whether they'd give us that heads up. They also broke an expensive high security lock and I was not reimbursed or discounted. On the scale of the project, it was a rounding error in cost, but it's the principle of the matter on that one."

"This was an unusually difficult job.  The bathtub is an unusual shape, making it hard to work on.  It had been reglazed some years  before, so Ralph had to scrape off the poorly done prior glaze, a tedious and time-consuming job.  When the work was completed, the bathtub looked like new.  We could not have been more pleased with the outcome."
