They did an excellent job! What impressed me the most, they realized as they were taking up the old flooring that the concert underneath was very uneven. They could have just laid the floor and not said anything as had been done before, but they didn't. They took the time to show us how uneven the floor was and to explain how over time the flooring could gradually separate (which was happening in current flooring). They suggested using leveling concrete to alleviate the issue. They came across a couple more issues and gave us the options of how to fix. I was impressed with the ethic Kramer and Eric have. They only wanted to do the very best work and it was top quality. We will definitely hire them again. We are making a new list right now!!!"
