I had received another estimate from a “large local sprinkler specialist company” that was extremely overpriced and did not include some things that I needed to be done. JM started had the entire job completed within 3 days with COMPLETELY NEW valves, solenoids, risers, PVC main lines, highest quality tubing/emitters, popup sprinklers — the entire system. They completely cleaned up and not a grain of sand or rock was out of place when they left. All done beyond what the Scope of Work required and what I expected.
