I got a response from Brian within about 2 days. He and his counterpart, Larry, came over and evaluated our home's needs. Brian explained the process and gave me an estimate for the work that they felt needed to be done. Brian emailed me the prices and the work that they would do. I felt informed and was treated with complete respect and courtesy (Note: this was important to me because folks in the building field have often been patronizing and rude to me. I have attributed it to my gender after watching them be more appropriate with my husband.) When I was ready they were here within about another 2 days. My house now looks almost new and we are very pleased! I had received estimates from about 4 or 5 other companies, prior to this, and their estimates were 2 to 6 times what Adobe Painting quoted me. This and the fact that the Angie's list rating for Adobe was A+ persuaded me to hire them. I'm glad that I did!

Everything went very smoothly! They did a great job and I am very happy with the work done.

It went well. We hired Chris Bodei to paint the ceilings in each room in our house, using a "distressed" technique to match the walls that I was painting (bad neck, so I hired out the ceilings). Chris is a master craftsman who has worked on many sophisticated paint projects over many years (including movie sets and hotel restoration), and he did a very nice job in our house. The color-mesh technique involved four colors applied simultaneously and lightly worked together to produce a distressed adobe effect. Chris is a meticulous painter, and in addition to being a fine artisan, he is extremely careful about not getting paint where it doesn't belong (his ability to cut-in around ceiling fixtures using a brush on a pole from the ground is something to see). We are very happy with the work.

Well. The doors were professionally done.

Adobe did a great job; the ramada looks so good, I hired them to stain the wooden fence and gates around the court yard.

Brian and his father came out and repaired diamond plaster walls in approximately 15 locations in my main house and casita. They did a superb job and matched the walls perfectly. Some of the walls had water stains and some had cracks. I cannot even tell now where they repaired. They were very fast and reasonably priced. I give them the highest of recommendati0ons

Brian and his crew did an excellent job.  Since we do not live here full time, we scheduled a particular date.  They came exactly when we were expecting them and worked for 2 days on the inside until the job was finished.  They were very professional and pleasant to work with.  I would definitely hire them again.

Brian was the consummate professional. He painted all our interior walls with Viga ceilings, and did decorative plaster work in our entryway walls. He repaired and painted our baseboards, and helped coordinate with his recommended electrician to install a light fixture into a dark closet prior to painting. Since we were out of town during the work, he communicated with us every step of the way. He sent numerous pictures via phone messages, and replied promptly to all inquiries. And the work turned out gorgeous. He knew exactly what I wanted to do with color and plaster work, and did it beautifully. Brian also was very attentive to time and kept me posted every step of the way in terms of timeframes, which was very thoughtful. He also did very clean, and professional work, applying carefully the paints and plasters I had requested. The attention to detail was phenomenal. But what I appreciated the most was the great communication. As everyone knows, you want clear and attentive communication when you are attempting a big house project, and Brian was exceptional in that regard, especially when you are not able to be at the project site. And in terms of price, Brian was competitive and reasonable.

There were delays with the rain but they kept us in the loop as far as when they would be able to finish. They were very punctual and very cooperative.

Brian Worked with me to set up time to have work done when I was in town.  Exceptional professionalism and work.  Painting was perfect.  Cleaned up after job.  I can't say enough about the exceptional quality of work this company does.  Brian and his crew are

Brian and his team do great work. Brian had good communication
with me. He also went above the call of duty to help me with some extra details
as I was out of state when he initiated the work. It was great to know he was taking
care of details and I could have peace of mind. When I returned I worked with
his team to finalize the project. They were very receptive and patient with me
as we made sure every detail was attended to. As I said I have use their services
on 2 occasions and they do excellent work so I highly recommend them.

Great! On time,quick,and good quality

Used an alternate web site to send our request for a bid to multiple contractors for drywall and painting work.  Adobe called me within 20 minutes of submitting the request, which was unexpected.  We actually had 2 other vendors also call within the first 2 hours which was amazing.  
Brian said he could come by that afternoon to give us an estimate.  We have a flat roof and had a hole in the roof after a snowstorm.  The roof leaked off and on for days due to freeze/unfreeeze of the standing water and snow on the roof.  After we got the roof fixed, we had a caved in roof in the corner of one of our bedrooms.  Brian came by and explained what they would do to fix the problem which included:
- removal of all dry wall
- removal of all damaged insulation
- replacement and refinishing of all dry wall and insulation
- repainting the entire room
Brian gave us confidence in his ability to deliver so we actually had him give us a separate estimate to paint our bathroom and 2nd bedroom while he was there.  After the estimates, his prices were reasonable and were in the same price range of our 2 other bids.  They were not the cheapest but they gave us the most confidence so we went with them.
Brian had a job that was delayed at another job site the day he was to start at our house, so he showed up with a full crew instead of just 2 guys like he told us.  They tore out the drywall and insulation for the damaged areas, left the room to dry and proceeded to paint the other bedroom and bathroom.  They came the following day to repair the drywall and put in new insulation.  The damage was more than what was originally estimated and Brian only charged for the extra material which was nominal.  They sanded and repainted the bedroom drywall a day later.  A day later, they finished the painting.
We expected, with the work to be done, it would take about 5 days.  His crew got everything done in 3 days start to finish.  Brian's dad came along to direct traffic and was just a great guy to talk to while his team was working.  Just a nicely run family business.
AFter completion, we got an estimate to paint our master bedroom and bathroom which we plan to do in the spring.  We will use these guys again.

We have absolutely no issues with the work that was performed by Adobe. In fact, we plan on having them work on some interior issues with drywall and paint problems.
