"Terrific. They showed up on time and ready to work. Marty showed them exactly where the gutters should go and where the rain barrels go. They got right to work and were finished in just a couple of hours. Very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. The gutters are doing a great job and our yard loves the directed water. They even removed an old satellite dish that was improperly installed and in the way."

"I received multiple estimates from local Santa Fe roofers who insisted I had to completely replace my 20+ year old flat tar-and-gravel roof for upwards of $25,000! Roof Quality Care gave me an estimate that was a fraction of those roofers' estimates by offering to repair my existing roof. After I hired Roof Quality Care, the work was completed in a little over one day and looked great!! After several months and a bad rainstorm, I still had a couple of very minor leaks over a portal. When I called him, the owner came out the very next day and repaired the leaks under warranty. I have total confidence in this roofing contractor and would hire this roofer again in a heartbeat!"

All gutters carry water away from your home, but only Leafguard does it with a unique, proprietary one-piece debris-shedding design that is better than any other gutter system on the market today. Leafguard gutters work on a simple but powerful scientific principle known as liquid adhesion. This allows rainwater to travel around the hood and into the gutter, while deflecting leaves and other debris to never clog.

"Overall the work was very good. One issue with a leak at a canale was addressed following the first rain event. Ben (the owner) came out frequently to review the work his staff was doing, and came out right away when the canale leak was discovered. He was determined to ensure homeowner satisfaction of the work performed. His workers were very friendly and were very good at answering the homeowner's concerns. The rarity of rain events following the roof replacement made it difficult to quickly assess the quality of their work. Recent storms helped with that."

"Andres Argüelles from NM Premier Roofing provided excellent services. He and his crew were professional, punctual and reliable. They stated a fair price and completed the roof within the allotted time. Jude, the person who handled the paperwork and financial part of the job was knowledgeable and available for all the questions we needed answered. I would highly recommend this company."

Gutter Repair and Replacement questions, answered by experts

Yes, caulking or sealing your vinyl gutters is a good way to help prevent gutter leaks. When you’re installing gutters, it’s important to overlap the sections to help avoid issues like leaks or drips, but they can still happen. In this case, adding caulk can help. Make sure to use a caulk designed for multiple surfaces, like a silicone-based caulk. You can also purchase a gutter sealant as well, which is specifically designed for this purpose.

When it comes to which gutter material is better, the choice really boils down to what you're looking for in a gutter system. If saving money is the most important factor, then your best option is to go for aluminum gutters. If longevity and durability are more important to you, then copper gutters could be the best fit. If you want to customize the color of your gutters, aluminum takes the cake, but if you're looking for a more natural appearance, copper might be a better choice.

There are gutter repair experts who specialize in gutter maintenance. These professionals can help with clogging, leaks, sagging, or other issues. An experienced pro should also be able to tell you when a repair won’t be enough and a full replacement will be necessary. Keeping your gutters in great shape is how you prevent bigger problems from forming.

Zinc gutters can truly last a lifetime. As one of the strongest materials used for roofing and gutter systems, zinc can last up to 90 years. Even copper gutters don't last as long as zinc gutters. Zinc gutters are a long-lasting investment in both the value and appearance of your home.

How long hangers last will depend on what gutter material they’re made from, but generally you can expect to get at least 10 to 15 years from them no matter what they’re made from. But don’t wait for them to break to give them a checkup. Inspect this part of your gutters on a yearly basis, and make repairs at the first sight of damage.
