"For the initial consultation Mr. Varela arrived on time. He took time to listen to the whole story about my roof and the failed attempts to fix a leak I had going directly into my kitchen. The main priority was established to fix the leak in the roof before anymore damage was done. Later the metal roof was installed and I am very pleased with my new roof! Mr. Varela and his crew are all very professional and very courteous. The workers always asked permission to access areas where this was a gate and when finished you couldn't find a scrap anywhere. No detail was ignored as far as dealing with everything on the roof such as antennas and my swamp cooler. Very well done! Thank you so much Fort Selden Roofing! "Mike’s crew stuccoed our house in three and a half days in June 2021. However, they stuccoed our back door shut, got stucco all over the roof, yard, garden, & fencing. Not only that, but two of our lights weren’t working after they reinstalled them. We agreed on a time for his crew to come back and clean up, but they delayed, then no-showed. It wound up taking six weeks for Mike to send over a crew to clean up after the first one. During those six weeks, Mike put a lien on our house and threatened to foreclose. After he finally sent a crew to come clean up, his letter to remove the lien had the wrong information and wasn’t notarized. (It’s a legal document, you need to use the correct information. And according to the Santa Fe County Clerk, it must be notarized.) After way too much drama, we got another letter (with accurate numbers), got it notarized, I paid him, and then, FINALLY, we were done. The stucco looks good, we’ve even had compliments on it. However, I recommend you find someone more competent and professional, even if it costs a little more."

From start to finish, it was handled by proficient and knowledgeable professionals, including estimator, Anthony, and office personnel, Ramona and Amy. Omar and his crew were technically skilled and efficient and they cleaned the entire area after finishing. I definitely would recommend this company"

"I strongly caution anyone considering Reliant Capitol as a contractor for home improvements. My wife suffers from Alzheimer’s and we needed to replace a shower with one that included safety bars and a removable shower head. The salesman assured me the work could be done quickly (start in 1 to 2 months) and that installation was a two day process. After 4 months of no word from Reliant Capitol I started phoning their installation office in Phoenix to see why there was such a long delay. Initially my calls were not returned, but through persistence I was eventually able to speak to someone in charge of installations. I expressed extreme displeasure with the lack of communication about our job and told them going forward they should inform me about any more delays or changes to the schedule. Despite their promises to do a better job, the next two months it took to install the shower were a series of broken schedules with no communication from the company. I specifically asked the installation not be started until all the necessary materials were on hand because our need to have access to a shower. Shower installation ballooned from 2 days to a month because the job started with incomplete and incorrect fixtures and they did not send shower doors. The installation crew would often promise to be back the next working day to complete the job, but it would be weeks before hearing from them again. The installation may well have taken longer had I not been on the phone demanding action. By the end of the job I wish I had never heard of Reliant Capitol. There is nothing reliable about this company."

"Ordered and paid for custom awning that was to take 5 weeks. Its now been 16 weeks and still waiting. Owner is at best noncommunicable and at worst, rude. I'm now wondering if this is a scam and not a real business."
