As the owner of a flat-roof Southwestern home, I was especially impressed with how our parapets would be rebuilt with mesh fabric and sealer before the synthetic color coat was applied. Cesar was confident this stucco project would seal out water -- and that made me confident, too. We negotiated a fair price and they started the job the following week. The work crews that arrived were very respectful to us as homeowners and careful how they did the job. They communicated a few things we could do -- for example, trimming back a cactus -- to help. In addition to the parapet work, they sealed cracks and areas around all the doors and windows. Again, I felt this would help keep our home water-tight. We had a full range of color options, and Cesar and Nora brought over a sample square to show us exactly how it would look, confirming our choice. The color coat is bright and beautiful with a perfectly consistent sand texture -- a work of art, in my opinion. Clean-up was very thorough and the crew actually improved my two gates by re-attaching the hinges better than they were before. Cesar offered to install new lights free of charge, so we bought a nice pair of security lights at Costco for the front, completing the look. We are very happy the way the project turned out. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed.
