My project was completed on time as scheduled (and they actually got started the afternoon prior). The finished product was beyond my expectations and Jerome's effort to ensure customer satisfaction was the "icing on the cake". Yes it took longer than I initially anticipated, and I did have a few minor concerns. Taking his own personal time on a Saturday (that was meant for his son) to come out and conduct the walkthrough instead of waiting for the following week.
