"Start was delayed by one day. Initial walk through with foreman did not happen as he did not show up until later. (He took very incomplete notes during initial contract discussion so made assumptions and mistakes, as did I.) Lost an entire faucet because I missed it on their contract rewrite. Ugh! Had to argue to get them to replace correct buckled walkway sections. The morning of the concrete deck pour had to have them reframe the deck due to not paying attention to detail. Also, I had to wrangle with them to come pick up the wood from the rotting decking being replaced with the concrete pour. It was way to much stress with these guys. This said, they were the best price. If you insist on a formal pre-contract-start walk through to make sure everyone is on the same page, they have good workers who know their stuff. The work is quality work. If you go in knowing you have to be the project manager, you can save a few bucks."

"The job went very well. This was an installation of patio pavers on an enclosed patio floor with a drastic slope. I asked Jose if he could level it within reason and he did a great job. I am going to have him do some more work on my property and I would recommend him to anyone without reservation."

"We had 50% lawn 50% rock and plants. It came out beautiful they also took out a old railroad tie stairs to the upper deck and built a concrete staircase and deck which came out just great. We had a problem with the grass but Eric had are back and replaced the bad sections for us ( grass is not guaranteed). Over all we love are are new back yard.Thanks Eric and Carmela"

He was thorough in explainig my options, helpful in filling out papers for my orders and for financing, He was fun to work with and I recommend calling him if you want a new sunroom or enclosure. "This company built a French drain to move water in an area that floods. The project went well and the work was very fast and they came prepared. They also installed a path with railroad ties and gravel so that we can safely walk down the hill to our garden. Lastly, Ernie and his crew moved railroad ties to help us access our property. The price was very fair and the estimate was very accurate: No surprises! These guys care and are very honest. No BS. I would use them again."

"Walter and his crew did an excellent job completely relandscaping my yard from the ground up. They ground a stump, did the grading, installed retaining walls and underground drainage, installed sod, planted all kinds plants, and laid boulders, gravel and pavers. They also built two giant brick walls that collectively stretched about half an acre. They were professional, respectful, responsive, kind and they showed up when they said they would. A couple times mistakes were made because of me and they corrected it and didn’t charge me. Overall, we received a great value for the price we paid and we highly recommend their services."
