If you're looking for bad service, this is the perfect company. They take no responsibility for poorly done work, even though the contractors are part of their network. In the end, they just stole my money. I do not recommend them at all. Si pudiera, no les daría ni una estrella. Una experiencia terrible. The Babcock family themselves professional but didn't follow thru with the subs. The subs were only concerned with doing the fastest, cheapest job they could do (classic example is on the plumbing rework, the plumber substituted PEX for copper and the former isn't rated for the latter job)."

He showed up again on the dot and worked quietly and expertly within the confines of our HVAC closet. Completing the installation, he re-charged the system and tested it for leaks and cooling power. Two hot and dusty days later. The system is pumping out gloriously cool air. We would hire Cassal again in a heartbeat---highly recommended!"
