He had several jobs ahead of me, so he came as soon as he could to repair the rood to stop it from leaking. Then, he scheduled subcontractors to repair/replace and resurface the ceiling. His crew returned to replace the soffit and trim and paint. It all looks very nice.

They were very prompt and professional and courteous. Mr. Sears was on site and on top of things at all times. I had quotes from three companies and chose Jim Sears Construction because the proposal was very detailed, not just a dollar figure for the job. I had a number of questions about the proposal and Mr. Sears answered all of them for me, even brought samples of the products in question out for me to see and providing phone numbers for me to call to get more information. I am completely satisfied with the roofing job James Sears Construction did for me and have recomended this company to a friend who is in need of roof repair.

Highest quality, exceptional workmanship; James also coordinated heating and cooling upgrades with subcontractors during project. Ours is one of the nicest looking homes in our neighborhood, even 15 years later!

I received the best service from James Sears and his crew and am thoroughly confident in his abilities and will use him in other constructions services in the future because of his professionalism. His crew was thorough and clean up of the yard was exceptional. He protected my cactus garden and all areas of my yard. They carried away the debry everyday and it was like they weren't hear every evening. I am happy with this company and would recommend them to all that need their service.ge that I received

James is a great communicator and kept us informed of the progress through the project. We had concerns about the safety our dogs in the backyard, and James' crew worked well around them. Now we have a great roof and peace of mind!
