"I Received a detailed estimate of the work to be performed and a revised estimate any time we discussed and agreed to any adds. The work was done very much to my satisfaction. All workers were very professional, obviously skilled to do their particular parts, and cleaned up and hauled away all trash and parts removed. I had a wall removed between the dining and living rooms, a dropped ceiling removed in the kitchen, several recessed lights added, and some painting. Jacob Ledesma, contractor, and I believe owner, is a consummate professional. His rates are very fair based on my research and other quotes obtained. I will use this company again for other projects and highly recommend this company"

"Working with Ben and his crew was a great experience. Floor installation, major painting and construction of an extra closet was done with professionalism and attention to quality and customer satisfaction. "Perfectly. Looks as though it was always there. I love it. All of the work was well thought out and communicated to us before any work was started. They are so detail oriented that they included all the details, inside and out, that we did not thick to mention in our request. Below are pictures I took which are not the greatest. Believe me that the work is fantastic and if we need any work done in the future we will be contacting Henry and HMR Contracting for it. We have not had a lot of work of this type done before, but we thought the price was more than fair. Like I said before, they will be our contractor of choice from here on out."

"I hired them because of work I have seen done in another house. I was impressed with their attention to detail. I also appreciated their knowledge because they were able to apply our vision without going over our budget. I would definitely consider working with them again."

Subcontractors questions, answered by experts

Mediterranean architecture comes from traditional building styles of countries on the Mediterranean Sea mixed with French, Greek, and Moroccan influences. There are three main types of Mediterranean architecture: Italian Renaissance, Spanish Revival, and modern.

Some signature components of Mediterranean architecture include red terra cotta roofs, archways, stucco siding, and metal detailing on windows. These homes often have balconies and outdoor living areas.

Yes, professionals offer design services that ensure cohesive appearances.

British architect John Nash is credited with creating the Italianate style of architecture. The style was further popularized in the U.S. by landscape architect Andrew Jackson Downing and architect Calvert Vaux. The style spread across the U.S. due to Downing’s popular book on the style and the availability of plans and materials due to the mass production of the Industrial Revolution.

While you will always work with a team of professionals at some point during your home build, homeowners with experience can take on some part of the process. Manage the initial brainstorm, brief writeup, and floor layout phase with minimal assistance before contacting a general contractor. And while you can purchase stock blueprints for some home designs, it's always best to speak with professionals when choosing one ideal for your property.

Make sure you’re getting the right size to meet your space needs, including enough space both side to side and vertically to accommodate your RV’s features and allow you to safely move it in and out of the garage.

If you’re building an attached and enclosed garage for your RV, you’ll also want to give some thought to whether you’d like to add workspace, water or electricity, or additional storage. If so, you’ll need a garage with larger dimensions.
