We are a locally owned small family business dedicated to providing the utmost quality in product, performance and professionalism in the servicing, repair and installation of all of your Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning needs.

"Unreachable, Broken Promises, Subpar Work I hired Pat from Grace Mechanical through my contractor last year for plumbing work. Despite having a clear scope and agreement, the contractor's delays meant that one item was left incomplete. We paid approximately $5k for the services rendered and agreed to complete the remaining item this summer. While most of the work was satisfactory, Pat failed to properly seal my sink drainage during a conversion from two drains to one. As a result, water and food shoot up from the drain when I use the garbage disposal. This year, I've reached out to Pat almost daily via call or text for over a month. He rarely answers the phone and occasionally responds with vague promises to call back, which he never fulfills. He contacted me once, stating he needed to check his calendar and would call back to schedule a time. That was weeks ago, and I haven't heard from him since. I've attached proof of the shoddy sink drain work and examples of the unprofessional communication I've experienced. As a paying client, this treatment is unacceptable and highly unprofessional."

Additional address - PO Box 509, Pleasantville, NJ 08232. Additional phone - (609) 641-6440. Additional contact names - John F Jenkins Jr, Jeffrey Jenkins Jr. Additional DBA - Jenkins and Sons.

"New heating and AC system installed by the company in December 2023. System Failure: AC unit stopped working in July 2025, less than two years after installation. After-hours visit requested. Charged $135 for the visit and $55 for refrigerant check ($190 total). Technician found system completely out of refrigerant. Quoted $2,419.81 for repairs. I was shown itemized list on iPad, but not provided a copy upon request. The technician pointed out a shiny spot on the compressor suggesting a leak. I noticed a twisted copper line leading into the compressor. Technician stated he had never seen anything like it. Office could not explain how the copper line was bent?despite no one but their installers accessing the unit. I declined the repair for lack of itemized quote and cost transparency. Suspected installation issue (twisted copper line). No confirmation that repairs would be covered under warranty. "

Gas Logs questions, answered by experts

Renovation projects that require moving a gas-powered appliance may also require moving the gas line that supplies it. The cost to move a gas line falls between $375 and $750 and will depend on how far the line needs to be moved, the cost of the permits, and how much excavation is needed, along with other factors.

Even if you invested in the cost of a gas shut-off valve for your oven and other appliances, it’s a good idea to add a seismic shut-off valve as an extra safety measure.

Gas shut-off valves for appliances are manual, meaning someone has to cut off the flow of gas. This leaves room for error, as you might not be home or might be too distracted to think about gas lines during an earthquake. An earthquake valve is automatic and will protect your home from gas-related disasters in the event of an earthquake.

Installing a gas line can be extremely time-consuming and dangerous, so you will want to hire a seasoned professional. Perform a thorough search ahead of time to find a reputable and reliable plumber. Pay special attention to licensing and insurance as you go about choosing the best contractor for your needs.

Sometimes. While many traditional homes use copper, galvanized steel, PVC, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), and PEX, mobile homes will typically use PVC, CPVC, or PEX. These materials are more flexible, easier to work with, and handle colder temperatures.

In North America, pipe measurements are listed as the nominal pipe size (NPS). This measurement refers to the outside diameter. As an example, a 1/2-inch copper pipe has an outside diameter of 5/8 of an inch. If a hardware store lists a pipe as having a 2 NPS, it means that all the pipes with this measurement have a 2 ⅜-inch outside diameter, regardless of wall thickness and inside diameter.
