Poor communication with Client. Was informed by Mark ( who referred to me as a Dick, to call the office and complain (wanted to know why I was complaining to him??!!). This Mark guy is a JOKE! Shook hands in a $3,000 deal and now won?t return to the property to clean my driveway from the spilled oil from his Bucket truck and other damages. When I called the office and spoke to ?Brandy? she informed me that 3 Brothers have received numerous complaints from multiple other customers. We are now forced to take legal action against this company. Check local court records with this company first to see how many other Customers had to resort with this company. If in New Castie County (NCCO), check with the county first as you may be surprised as to what you find on record with these Cowboys. "

"This was the worst experience I have ever had with a landscaping company. They are disorganized and nobody in the office communicates with one another. I was scheduled for lawn cutting and they forgot to pull my information. I was told I would be on a Thursday and then they moved me to a Monday. It took 3 weeks before they came out to cut my lawn. I scheduled a spring clean up months before the date. At 5:30 in the evening they still had not come even though I had confirmed the date. I called again and was told a truck was coming. I cancelled it as it was getting too much with shadows and would be dark soon. The owner even gave me an attitude after I told him why I was cancelling his services. Get organized Jays!"
