"I had written a poor review after getting unsatisfactory answers about an insect control treatment, which was supposed to have been done with one of my weed control visits , but was not listed as done. Within an hour, Joe B, a manager at Green Lawn, called me to apologize and explain why the treatment may not have been correctly recorded in my records. He was apologetic and kind. The fact that he responded so quickly and was so sincere really impressed me. I also have found the technicians (who do the treatments) to be very friendly too. Therefore I’ve upped my rating and intend to use this company again in 2026."

"The gentlemen who came to do the work were excellent. Very professional and knowledge. Although a number did no speak English several did and it was an excellent opportunity to practice my Spanish. The work was so well done that a crowd of Of neighbors gathered. Around to watch the work and to ask for the tree companies info. The tree they took done was a huge old maple planted by the borough had planted when the neighborhood was First built. Tree was huge and had been struck by lightening in the Spring of 2019. By July of this year we knew it was dead/dying."

They installed the lights last year, but we are done incorrectly and I had to wait until spring for them to fix and also do leave removal that they did not do in the call. Then when I asked when they were going to get the above done they kept giving me a later date. Finally, the owner said they were doing more business in another area and would no longer work with me. As a result I have to hire someone else to fix the lights and cut my grass."
