"David inspected a potential home I was looking to purchase and he was so thorough that by the time we were done it gave me a very clear understanding of what issues the house had, what needed fixing and what was downright dangerous. When buying a home, you need a great inspector like David because if you don't get a good inspection you run the risk of buying a big money pit. The home David inspected was a small 1200 sq. home but it was built in 1935 and so he did mention we should expect to see some things pop up. "Gregorio was great! He gave me an estimate and performed the work within a week. We wanted a rubber mulch play area built to put our kids playset on. It wasn't a simple task as we live on somewhat of a mountain. A retaining wall had to be built and the ground leveled. He came out as promised an completed the task timely and efficiently.
