Panaro Designs, LLC
About us
Gino Panaro is DIY Network's King of Dirt. He's definitely not what you'd expect from one of America's premier landscape contractors. He's a loud, bull-in-a-china-shop kind of guy who happens to create incredible beauty. For his landscape designs, Gino doesn't use a computer or fake graphic technology. Instead, he relies on his imagination, his hands and the help of his son Lance, who works with him in a family landscape business to create some of the most beautiful, high-end landscapes and hardscapes you'll ever see.

"Ramone, I?m sorry you feel this way. When we left your project back in 2019 we left it like we do all others, completed and with a satisfied customer. If you had any issues at the time they most certainly would have been resolved. Your 1 year warranty expired in 2020 and you reached out to me in early 2023 to have it repaired. I came out to see the ?settlement?. An 1/8 of an inch doesn?t warrant a repair but out of my kindness I agreed to repair it for no charge. Even though you were very far out of warranty. After repairing the initial area you pointed out another that you were unhappy with and of course I agreed to repair that as well. After both repairs were completed years later out of warranty for no charge you choose to write this review. If there is anything I can do to make your experience better please feel free to reach out to me. Thank you - Lance Panaro"
