Panaro LLC was nothing short of exceptional with working with Gene and Lance a pleasure. They rapidly contacted me after requesting work to review solutions for draining around my home, they came to my home the next day to quote, provided various options for me to consider, explained very clearly the work to be done and how they would be careful around pipes around the site, fair pricing, completed work quickly and with very high quality. I separately had required some special paperwork urgently and greatly appreciated they could turn this around quickly. Highest quality work, service and pleasure working with them. I highly recommend !!

Gene and Lance were great. It was easy to schedule and set up an estimate. Gene came out, did measurements, we talked about the issues I've had with the lawn in the past and future maintenance. He is very thorough and not one of those pushy salesmen types, which I appreciate. He gave me a very fair and realistic estimate and we decided to proceed with the project, which was also easy to schedule within the next 2 weeks. On "grass day", he showed up at the scheduled time with his crew and they immediately got to work. Throughout the day, his son Lance came with my topsoil and sod delivery, started watering the first half that was put down while his guys worked on finishing the yard, and gave me more tips on watering and keeping up the lawn maintenance. Overall, I had been struggling with my backyard having nothing but crab grass and bald spots, and they truly transformed it (you can see my Before & After pictures for proof), and my experience with Panaro was great!

We hired Panaro industries from a website advertisement. Upon meeting Gene and his son Lance, we knew they were the right people for the job. Extremely personable and easy to work with , they made the processes fast, easy and most importantly , great quality. We had an under utilized , sloped, Messy backyard and after only 2 days , we have a fantastic, ready to be used, clean and organized yard. Gene is very personable and reasonably priced. Explained every step of the way and also made suggestions on what to do next. He backfilled our pool and graded the area. We have decided to have him install sod. It has been a pleasure working with him.

Consider this a strong cautionary tale: steer clear of Panaro Industries. My experience with them, starting in 2020, has been nothing short of a nightmare. Initially, I hired Gino for a paver installation, paying a hefty 25% premium due to his fame, expecting top-notch quality. What a grave error that turned out to be! Gino's attempt to cut corners was evident from the start. He first charged me for removing a concrete slab, then convinced me to leave it, despite already paying for its removal, citing potential disruption to the paver installation. Then came the "custom" step, which turned out to be far from custom – just a hasty arrangement of leftover pavers to extract more money. The debacle continued with a supposed bespoke firepit and metal enclosure, which required rewelding due to poor fitting – a major concern for any future replacements. The inaccuracies didn't end there; the pavers began sinking, causing water pooling in certain areas, a problem that took a frustrating three
