"Victor (the owner) and Aaron responded immediately. They came out the same day I called and about 2 hrs before scheduled, which worked out great. Same day appointment and finished the closing of my above ground pool all in the same day. These guys did everything for my closing, Removing ladder etc. Victor is very knowledgeable (manybyears of experience) and personable. Easy to talk to and to voice any concerns with his experienced suggestions. I have had other companies do the closing but he did the job better than all others. On top of all this his prices were GREAT! I couldn't be happier with job and price. Upon request he even scheduled me for next year's opening with an approximate date. No other pool service has done that (they want u to wait until next spring to scheduke). I will use Victor from BPS for all my pool issues from here on out."

Since they were already in the attic, and it was a hot day, they told us it wasn't working.  It wasn't at all related to the ceiling fans that they working on.

"I received a call stating the electrician would arrive within the hour, which he did. Chad was very courteous, and professional. After informing him of the problem, he did a general inspection and informed me of their available services and what the projected price would be. The price I was given was out of my range, but he informed me of what he could do to find the problem withing my price range, which was very reasonable. While he was working, he kept me informed of the process and was able to answer all my questions very comprehensively. My house was built in the 1940s, and having had several changes made to it, there were some difficulties in finding where the possible problem could be. Additionally, some electrical junction boxes were inaccessible due being covered up by sheet rock. I was informed of other possible solutions (removing part of the basement ceiling drywall to get to the junction boxes or using a portable camera ) for finding the the needed junction boxes if it couldn't be found within my price range. Nevertheless, he didn't try to pressure me into doing more work. . Chad was very patient, diligent and understanding, and went above and beyond doing as much as he could to narrow down the problem. Fortunately, the last junction box he checked resulted in finding what the problem was, which led to it being solved. I would definitely use this company again, and plan on getting their home service plan. I also plan on recommending this company (and Chad) to anyone I know who needs it!
