"Dave spent an hour and a half on the outside alone.  He left no stone unturned unless the seller had furniture or boxes in the way.  He had been in the construction business for 30 years, and that was very apparent.  He found things I would have never thought of, and was honest when he found good things as well.  He spent the time to explain and remind me of even the simplest safety things you should do in a home, like hitting the test and reset buttons on outlets once a month.  Apparently they break after a while and don't work at all.  I would definitely recommend Dave!!

"Gregorio was great! He gave me an estimate and performed the work within a week. We wanted a rubber mulch play area built to put our kids playset on. It wasn't a simple task as we live on somewhat of a mountain. A retaining wall had to be built and the ground leveled. He came out as promised an completed the task timely and efficiently. My kids and I are very happy with the work performed. Will definitely hire him again!"

Yes, you will need to shock your pool with high levels of chlorine or bromine when you first fill it to kill off bacteria and pathogens. You’ll need to wait for the chlorine concentration to come back down to a safe level before swimming. After that, you can test and maintain the chlorine and other levels as normal.
