"Original date of installation was Thursday, June 11. They called me to inform me that an opening was available on Monday, June 8. I took it. They came within the window they provided for installation. They did an outstanding job. It was very professional. They worked clean outside and inside. It was almost difficult to tell that the system had been in stalled. The grass was replaced so that it was difficult to see where the ground had been dug up. The whole crew was very polite. Once the system was installed, the team leader instructed me on how to use the system. The next morning the sprinklers came on and worked exactly as they were supposed to. The six zone, 25 sprinkler system watered every inch of my lawn and all the shrubbery and flowers around the house. My wife and I are very pleased. We would rate them A+ if we could. We certainly recommend them for anyone who wants this system put in by a great professional organization.

"I was having  a problem with water leaking out into the yard from an unknown source. Called several companies (I open the system myself) who said it was probably a defective valve or leaking manifold causing the issue. I asked for a ball park number which ranged from $200 to $325 "depending on what would have to be replaced". I called Quality Irrigation who took the time to ask specific questions on the phone. He came up with the same diagnosis but said with any luck it may be repairable without taking apart the manifold. He came out the next day, literally took the valve apart to find that a stainless steel nut was stuck in the diaphragm causing the value to slow leak and flood the yard. He reassembled the valve, boot up the system and it worked like a charm. He charged me just for his time, $85. I now have a new sprinkler service company! Thank you..."

"Everything was great from start to finish. From the office staff to installation team. Everything was seamless. They came when they said they would and produced the result I hired them for. We had multiple lawn zones and planting bed zones installed with Hunter product heads. Our water pressure was on the low side so with the advice of Joel went with a newer style mist combo rotor head to combat the pressure issues. When everything was installed and the team was cleaning up, Joel programmed the sprinkler system timer to an app on my phone and taught me how to use it. I can turn it on and off no matter where I am and can edit all settings from my office or while away on vacation. This new technology makes everything easier and more efficient. Couldn't be happier with the results!!!"

Prior to installation of the irrigation system, Jimmy worked with my landscaper to ensure the new sod and planting beds we were having installed would thrive. The crew showed up at the agreed upon time and were very professional. The supervisor came by to make sure everything was going as expected and was available to answer any questions we had. They came back to our home two weeks later for a two week follow-up. The technician walked us through the system step by step (again) and made necessary adjustments. Unfortunately, a week after our 2 week follow-up visit we discovered an area of our new sod that wasn't getting enough water. All County quickly responded and sent another technician back to our home to adjust the necessary sprinkler heads.
