"I was having  a problem with water leaking out into the yard from an unknown source. Called several companies (I open the system myself) who said it was probably a defective valve or leaking manifold causing the issue. I asked for a ball park number which ranged from $200 to $325 "depending on what would have to be replaced". I called Quality Irrigation who took the time to ask specific questions on the phone. He came up with the same diagnosis but said with any luck it may be repairable without taking apart the manifold. He came out the next day, literally took the valve apart to find that a stainless steel nut was stuck in the diaphragm causing the value to slow leak and flood the yard. He reassembled the valve, boot up the system and it worked like a charm. He charged me just for his time, $85. I now have a new sprinkler service company! Thank you..."

Prior to installation of the irrigation system, Jimmy worked with my landscaper to ensure the new sod and planting beds we were having installed would thrive. The crew showed up at the agreed upon time and were very professional. The supervisor came by to make sure everything was going as expected and was available to answer any questions we had. They came back to our home two weeks later for a two week follow-up. The technician walked us through the system step by step (again) and made necessary adjustments. Unfortunately, a week after our 2 week follow-up visit we discovered an area of our new sod that wasn't getting enough water.
