This company has deceitful and misleading business practices like replacing parts that don't need replacing, upselling, and overcharging. They charged $550 in parts and labor for a problem that would have been solved with a $2 O-ring replacement ? when confronted they offered half the money back but then stoped responding and never actually paid.

They promise whatever they need to go get your business... but once you have a problem, it is the customers fault and we wont honor our warranty

Over the past 6 years, we replaced parts for you under warranty more than once, even when they were not manufacturer defects, and not under warranty. But we did it in an effort to keep a happy customer. This last time, the same part was broken and again not a manufacturer defect. Therefore, we cannot replace it again as a warranty item."
