I gave the ok and 40 minutes later the new boiler and components were deliivered and an hour after that they began the job -finishing the next morning. Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."

"Called for estimate to install light switch, customer service was great and set up an appointment for a visit. Technician was on time and very professional. The light switch was for a garage exterior light and had easy accessibility to run the lines. When the technician told me that it would cost $600; I almost had a heart attack! No Thanks! To make it even better I had to pay a $29 service fee just for them to come and shock me with the cost! Also, I now receive phone calls and emails trying to sale me other services. No Thanks! Since then, I called one other company and the same job will cost $175..."

"Mo was a very able, responsive and professional technician who installed our furnace in one day and our new boiler two days later. He patiently answered my many questions, walked me through why we needed two new units (instead of repairing our old ones) and worked well and efficiently. It was painful to have to pay that much money at once for a furnace and a boiler, but Mo made it as positive an experience as it could have been. I am grateful to him and his assistant for their work and professionalism."

Green Apple tried hard to breath life back into our old, failing, central a/c.
