"I am a returning customer. Tim and co did a stellar job installing my water softener. At the time when he gave me the quote for the softener, he also included a separate quote for a Reverse osmosis (RO) unit. At that time, I just did the softener with out the RO, thinking I would continue getting bottled water as I did. Fast forward to last week, I can no longer buy water in the larger 2.5 gallon cans due to high demand during the COVID 19 situation. The softener that Tim put has been working flawlessly for the last 2 years and I called NMP again to enquire about adding the RO system. They were very nice and still honored the original quote and got it done promptly. They gave me the option to install a separate faucet near the sink or have the water dispensed from the refrigerator. I chose the latter. I am glad I no longer need to depend on the stores for drinking water. Given the sudden high demand, NMP could have easily done price gouging if they were greedy. But they did not. It shows their high ethics, moral values and integrity in which they operate. I will continue to recommend Tim and Co to my friends and colleagues."

"I showed Moe the dryer that I have and told him that the gas line needs to be moved so that the door that was next to the dryer can open and close. Moe recommended a different hook up for my dryer that would not require moving the gas line. His recommendation saved me money. He explained everything to me so it was easy to understand & showed me what systems I needed. Turns out my well water has very low pH and he installed a system for the entire house to fix it. Now all my water is more alkaline. He also put a water purification system at my sink so I have water that I use for drinking, cooking, washing my veggies. I feel safer drinking my water now. He is a very young guy, but incredibly knowledgeable. You gotta love that Scottish brogue!! My kitchen sink is a great example of what to expect from him, it was simply a hose that needed tightening. He showed me the problem, including how to fix it myself in the future and fixed it in about 2 minutes. With the washer, he told me it was an issue for the manufacturer, which I appreciated. We knew that we were in good shape after the first day of work. The crew moved quickly and orderly.
