Dave and William were both professional and personable. When they came for the estimate, they spoke with me, not down to me. They listened to what my needs were and observed the work area. Within 10 minutes, they had a plan and an approximate price ( The official estimate was e-mailed to me very promptly). The work ethic and the quality workmanship were excellent! Great approach (here is the job...lets get it completed.) I worked in industrial construction for 40 years and I can tell a lot about people by the way they conduct themselves. "The unit I had purchased from Home Depot had a piece missing, this was noticed by Easy Flow and I returned it to store for a new one. Once again, Easy Flow inspected the new unit and recommended I return it as it seemed the unit was previously installed and removed before being returned to the store. I finally picked up the third unit with a Home Depot employee verifying that it was brand new and Easy Flow installed it. I appreciate that Easy Flow remained while I went through the return process.
