Turned on the AC on the first hot day of the season and although it was running it was just not blowing out cold air. I've had some hit and miss experiences with AC companies in the past so this time I went and checked Angie's List and read the reviews on a few different companies. I decided to call Dave Bokay Service. Dave answered the phone and after discussing the issue he offered to come out the next morning. My schedule was really full for the next few days so he actually made time to come over the same afternoon. After checking the compressor and adding Freon it seemed like the issue was resolved but there was also an unexpected issue with the air handler that Dave soon took care of and then the cool air was flowing back into the house. Dave is both professional, friendly and easy to talk with. As my AC system is older I will be looking to replace it in the near future and will be discussing those plans with Dave. I highly recommend Dave Bokay Service.

Dave came the next day as promised and replaced the expansion tank, relief valve, 2 air vents, back flow fill valve and a couple of other parts.
Dave originally installed this boiler about 10 years ago and it has performed fine all these years.
He also installed a new air condition system about 5 years ago. I asked about including a hot air heating system as a back-up to my primary radient and baseboard heat and he investigated that and found that it would work. I now have the security of having back-up heat if one system should fail in the middle of winter.
Dave always keeps appointments as scheduled and gives accurate estimates. He works carefully and leaves the work area in perfect condition.
