His work product was excellent, having measured and installed a replacement tile floor and curb with a perfect fit - allowing replacement of custom frameless glass doors that had only 1/8 inch variation. "Richard did a full attic renovation for us. It didn’t give me an option for that on the dropdown. We have a roughly 20’ x 12’ attic and he redid all the Sheetrock, paint, floor, stairs, window, built closets, installed outlets and lighting. The work was done in the budget originally quoted, in the time originally quoted, with minimal disturbance to our daily routines.
