Be advised that reconditioned units are reconditioned in your home during installation ! Installers are precise and knowledgeable but can run into unexpected issues but able to work them out.

Should have done it sooner. I now have easy access to our second floor. The design of the system is highly functional, easy to use, and is surprisingly unobtrusive and blends in to our living space by color and style.
