They removed and replaced a tile floor and backsplash, installed appliances including an integrated refrigerator, installed sink, removed wallpaper and painted, put in new molding, and some electrical upgrades. "Tom is a master craftsman, with impressive work ethic. Tom showed up at exactly 8 AM and worked diligently all day. His work product was excellent, having measured and installed a replacement tile floor and curb with a perfect fit - allowing replacement of custom frameless glass doors that had only 1/8 inch variation. (The original glass company did the removal / installation of the glass panels.) I would hire Tom again and heartily recommend him to others."

"We have had DDP (Dariusz Pardo and his great crew) do substantial projects for us since 2015 - interior painting and kitchen remodel for my motherâ s condo, exterior painting of our house - so when we decided to do a major refresh and renovation of our house, DDP was our first choice. That was a smart move! After much discussion and thought, we agreed on an expansive project list. * New kitchen: cabinets, quartz countertops, crown molding, ceramic backsplash, porcelain floor, ceiling and under-counter lighting * Replace hardwood floors (rip out hardwood, screw down sub-flooring, install and finish new flooring) * Replace interior doors (19) and door moldings * Replace all baseboard moldings * Build new Pantry and laundry room closets and remodel all other closets * Family Room: Design and install new in ceiling lighting, and install new laminate flooring * Replace all electrical switches and outlets, and install several new outlets in kitchen, bedrooms and family room * Fix creaky stairs * Adjust step height of several stair steps * Paint every room and closet, which required resurfacing of many areas that had deep cracking/peeling of 60 years worth of paint. * Design and install plumbing for a new water softener system, and install system * Install new natural gas Hot Water Heater including leak detector with automatic water shut-off. Along the way, Dariusz made numerous helpful suggestions and incidental improvements, driven by his high standard of design and desire to deliver the best possible results. The projects took about 13 weeks to complete - pretty quick for all the work that was done. The end result is spectacular - we have transformed our tired old house! We are delighted with our new home! Friends and family who have visited are amazed at how beautiful everything is, and how many improvements were made to make cabinets, closets and other spaces much more useful. The kitchen tops the list. We LOVE our new kitchen! It looks beautiful and all our friends and family agree. In fact, a cousin who visited in October told me that she â covetsâ our kitchen - and that is passionate praise coming from a pastor! Bottom line: donâ t hesitate to engage DDP for any project. "Richard did a full attic renovation for us. It didn’t give me an option for that on the dropdown. We have a roughly 20’ x 12’ attic and he redid all the Sheetrock, paint, floor, stairs, window, built closets, installed outlets and lighting. The work was done in the budget originally quoted, in the time originally quoted, with minimal disturbance to our daily routines.
