"I had a number of projects which needed work and were not really that big, yet above my ability to do the work myself or with a friend and I wasn't entirely sure where to go for help.  I had interviewed a few people, some referrals and some off the internet until I finally came to this 'real' gent, Tony.

When he came over we went through the projects and he addressed my concerns with each one.  He exhibited great attention to detail and even made some suggestions how to take better care of these things for future reference.

He fixed my kids closets, set up shelving and put up closest bi-fold mirrors in my kids rooms.  He also did some kitchen work on our cabinets, doors and fixed windows.  He was also kind enough to fix some other small issues, such as door repair and latches.  He did it in less time and in the great scheme of things cost me less than I expected, which gave me back a couple of days of free time. 

He was considerate and responsive to our needs and questions.  I know we will be using him again for future home repair/improvement projects including our deck, door and crown molding issues.

I know that you will find Tony, honest and capable to take on any project you ask of him.

They repaired a small barn on our property which included re-siding the building, constructing new loft, shed, and double width equipment doors, and repairing windows and window frames. In addition to installing roof, corner, and door trim the barn received two coats of red paint and the doors and roof trim received a coat of white paint. Dependableâ s material estimate closely aligned with mine so they got the job. They were conscientious, worked carefully and neatly, and paid close attention to detail. "James and his team did a complete renovation of a townhouse that had been neglected over many years. Tear-out of old flooring and fixtures. Installation of new laminate flooring, new paint throughout, new light fixtures, complete new bathrooms, complete new kitchen and exterior painting and power washing. "It is my pleasure to recommend you to hire Artur Laska to perform re modeling in your home. Our home is 110 years old. Couple of months ago a small portion of the ceiling in the 2nd floor bathroom fell off. The renovation/remodeling project evolved, and we ended up asking the contractor to fully gut this bathroom as well the 3rd floor bathroom which is immediately above it, including replacing all water and sewer pipes, electricity, windows, lights, ventilation. We asked to install instead of the closet a 2nd floor washer/dryer that needed its own designated electric power cord. This was our first project with Artur. I was immediately impressed by his attitude: Artur approached the project in my home as if it was his own home. Artur is through, professional, hard working, and reliable. Artur's work is impeccable (its hard to impress my wife, but she is thrilled with the two new bathrooms!). Although Artur is a young man, he has an old fashioned work ethic; he simply believes that doing a great job, doing the right thing, and putting the customer needs and happiness as his top priority is the only way to run your business. He did not have to say this to me; his actions spoke. A final point: I am used to contractors promising to finish a project in a short time and ending up taking three times as long (if you are lucky..). Artur estimated the project to take five weeks. He actually finished 3 days earlier than his promised date, despite our increasing the scope of the project after we originally shook hands by 35-40% (from a $ perspective). We are already planning the renovation/remodeling of the master bedroom suite including a brand new bathroom in the next-door bedroom, which will be joined to it. When we are ready, we will call Artur directly."
