"Zero stars if it were possible. Harry M came to my home and quoted me 200 dollars and cash was the only payment option he would accept. He came that Saturday and did a horrible job. He used my mower and it’s not working properly now. He didn’t have a working weed wacker and asked for my personal one. He left so many areas undone and I he did report he would come back to finish the job. This never happened; he kept saying he had me scheduled but forgot to tell me. A crew was supposed to come two Saturdays ago and this never happened. He does not respond to text messages. Most importantly, he asked to come to my house to BBQ and to date me. I have text messages to prove this. Even after I declined, he didn’t not understand no after being told several times. There’s a review on another site that doesn’t remove negative feedback and he called that person cursing them out and verbally threatening them. If he does this to me, I will immediately press charges. I’m reporting this fraud anywhere I can until I get my money back from this fraud."

On the day of the appt, 1 hour into the time window someone calls and says, sorry we’re not going to go because we only do residential plumbing. This was a surprise, as it was communicated to them that this was a business when I had set up the appt. So, I decided to speak with a manager. After spending over an hour of being bounced around from one dept to another, asking for a manager, they never connected me to one and their dispatcher had the audacity to say “sorry for your inconvenience, but you’ll just have to find someone else.” WOW! The hoops they make you jump through and the rudeness is not worth the hassle. I would definitely recommend you find a different plumbing pro for your project!"
