"This is absolutely not the case. When my men showed up for the job the customer had changed the scope of the work without me knowing about it. We were supposed to mulch the back of the house instead he told my guys to mulch to front which was significantly more square footage. We had agreed on a price but the customer decided to send in a check for my hourly rate which was never the agreed upon. The customer was having a party the next day and we were able to accommodate getting this job done in time for there party. All the work was completed to perfection all the plants were pruned beautifully and the beds were all cleaned out and edged very nicely. I have before and after pics that will display the work. The only thing we didn't do is plant annuals. Which the customer and I had agreed they wouldn't be planted. There was some miscommunication on when the party was so we had to scramble and get it done asap. So I had my guys get this done in a short period of time the day before. They work extremely hard to get the job done in time and instead of the customer paying me the agreed upon price he paid me my hourly rate which is completely unacceptable. I at no time was shouting at the customer and in fact the only person who was raising there voice was the customer."
