When he arrived he explained things step by step to help me understand the problem clearly. He gave several options on how we can fix the problem considering my budget. Instead of just pushing to have parts replaced, he laid it out what pros & cons of each method throughly. He tried to help me understand the whole system so I can look out for failing signs to look out in the future. He did excellent Job doing the repair. He even took my call in the evening hours when I had a follow up question. His fee was very reasonable and I cannot be happier with the service.
