"I am writing this recommendation for Procrete and their owner Dave McBride. I decided to engage Dave and Procrete after searching for a hardscape / paver contractor local to my summer house in Margate. There are many contractors who will work at the shore, but my preference was to find a company based in the area vs. an hour away. Dave was very professional in his approach, and consultative. I shared with him what we were looking for, to completely rebuild our back yard, from 50 year old ugly cracked concrete and a chain link fence to a new vinyl fence and pavers. We shared our vision, and Dave’s firm provided a sketch of what the back yard could look like with a specific paver design, which we ended up going with – while making a few changes along the way. We also had Dave install a built-in gas firepit that has exceeded our expectations. It is now the central point of our new back yard. While at it, I also had Dave replace my old cracked driveway with new concrete and pavers for my front walkway. AS his team was already at my house doing a job, the extra cost was not prohibitive. My biggest concern going in was using a contractor that I did not have a previous referral for. Dave provided referrals plus a list of properties in the local area that he did work on. I must say, the work was top notch and we are thrilled with how our back yard came out. I had no less than 4 neighbors comment on the work they were doing and their commitment to doing a good job vs. a fast job. I have been screwed before by contractors that finish the job 80-90% and then never come back to truly complete the job. Dave even came back to finish all of my items on a punch list after the job was done. I 100% recommend Dave and Procrete for hardscaping, paver and concrete work."

"EXCELLENT JOB. I had contacted a few companies to do the work. Fred was reasonable and the most responsive to what I wanted to have done. His communication was great and while I pondered over color, he sent me several photos to help with my choice. I was at work when his crew did the tear out and he sent me photos during the day which I appreciated. His crew was so hard working. They cleaned up after each day and power washed my driveway when the job was done. I could not be happier with their work. Several neighbors stopped by saying how good it looked. "Alex, arranged the work to be done quickly and the cement work was done 5 star. I had almost 200 feet of sidewalk, 2 driveway aprons, driveway and gravel driveway. The concrete was done wonderfully. Initially the filled the sides with top soil but did not tamp. I have ankle turning trench along the sides of the sidewalk. They did not fill more stone when the took the forms out. I have gaps all long the edge of the gravel driveway, which they were paid to fill. They used my hose without permission, then did not put it on the hose reel, left it in the mud. They used my neighbors hose and water without permission. At the end of my driveway at my gate entrance they put topsoil. I had flagstones down. Instead of picking up the flagstones, they threw topsoil on top of them. Again excellent for their concrete work, but insist the tamp down the dirt where the concrete wood forms are located and inspect every inch of their finish work, which is what I should have done. Just beware of their slo"

"Very professional - I communicated via Texting and phone. They always got back to me and stuck to the schedule. Work was done on time and the cost was reasonable. Had to have an Air conditioner removed from upper wall and another installed in the same opening. Size was different so had to redo the opening. Will have them back for additional work."

They removed an old pebble driveway and an old 82 ft wide concrete sidewalk. They selected a great paver to match the existing paver walkway to the side porch. Meticulous job start to finish and a very reasonable cost compared to other local bids. Gave accurate quote and start and finish dates."
