Sometimes people leave messages and I can't make out the phone number due to they talk very fast or a low tone. Sorry I missed your call because I strive to make every customer happy."

"Hi [member name removed], Sorry if you left a message on my machine and I did not return your call. I return all calls and emails quickly. The biggest problem I run into is people think they are talking slowly but they talk so fast I cannot make out there name or sometimes the phone number. Today is July 1 and I just played a message from a prospective customer but I cannot make out his phone number. I tried 3 different combinations and still no luck. Sorry this happened but certain things I cannot control. I would have called you back because you live in the same township as I do. I cant change whats been done but the only thing I can do is say Im sorry. Thanks for your time C-scape Irrigation."
