"We use Laury for repair and maintenance of our heating and cooling units for our rental properties and each time we need something done, the staff at Laury never cease to provide quality service. The technicians are always knowledgeable, thorough, courteous and pleasant. We recently had an HVAC system installed in one of our units and the home is rather large and is over 100 years old and there was not a whole lot of empty space to work with. The guys at Laury were able to install the system and all of the duct work and components involved neatly with the age and make-up of the home in-mind. They were pleasant throughout the entire installation which took almost a week. They were always on time and always communicated the process with us. Laury is a trusted business with many years of experience behind them. Prices are also extremely reasonable given the cost of services right now. Warren you are the man!"

"Total rip off I wish I knew what I was in for I should?ve gotten more bids, but I was in a panic and they pray on that I spent over 13 grand yes that much for an ac/heater unit and a hot water heater called them about the AC acting up none emergency call was charged 75 for showing up after they wanted to charge me over 500 dollars to replace a cheap condensation injector pump that you can buy the the most expensive brand anywhere at Home Depot Lowe?s or even Amazon isn?t more than $75. When I said I?d pass I was changing for his time which was over 200 dollars for under a half hour plus 75 so 300 dollars for nothing fixed rip off I think so "

I paid 188 dollars for nothing getting fixed. I was told they needed to come back and finish the job. I called to have them come back but was told I would need to join their Gold Shield membership for them to come out and clean it. I said I really don’t want to join I just want them to complete the job. Again I was told you need to join that’s how we do it. So now I know why they didn’t finish the job. So I am out 188 dollars for nothing accomplished. Oh I wrote to them twice and never got a reply Dissatisfied customer"
