Terrific. Mr. Burgo came from his daughter's softball practice on a Sunday to our not so sweet smelling house. He probed for the outlet to the pipe (it was in the middle of the yard), and worked to unclog it. Presto. Kudos for a sunday visit at short notice. Burgo Plumbing is a credit to Collingswood. He also explained what happened and showed me how to do the work if it happens again. He didn't have to do that, and we really appreciated it

My 65 year old mother was given a $900 quote and told she needed a new toilet by a much larger company (won't mention the name). D Burgo came in and replaced a small plastic mechanism that was the issue and told us that we didn't need to replace the toilet at all. Total cost - $225. Thank you D Burgo!!

The tech, Dan showed up on time and was very professional and clean. He replaced an old 40 gallon water heater with a new 50 gallon heater. He did the whole job very clean and quick. I could not be happier with our choice to go with D. Burgo Plumbing. I got quotes from homedepot installers and lowes. They were both much higher in price for lesser quality equipment. I give this contractor A++

The plumber arrived at the stated time and immediately placed a covering in the front hallway to protect it for bringing the new toilet into the house. He went straight to work and was very efficient. The original quoted price was $175 but he point out (which we had suspected) that there had been a problem with the installation of the first toilet and it would require additional steps to put the toilet in properly. For these additional steps he only charged an extra $20. It is clear from the beginning that this new toilet is much more firmly installed than  the one before, most likely due to the past installer's error.

The co-owner, Drew, was able to come by and assess the situation just one day after I called (and my call was actually answered by a human being - the owner, Dave - the very first time I called). .Drew is Dave's son - I liked learning that it is a family business. I initially called because I was concerned about low water pressure  and thought that a kink I observed in the plumbing might be the reason. Drew was honest and stated that the kink probably wasn't the issue - that it was likely plumbing in the street, which was the Borough's responsibility. He told me who to contact and within a couple of weeks, that problem was resolved.  Then it was time to address the kink and rotting pipe, which D. Burgo did with cleanliness, professionalism, and efficiency. It took a couple week's to get on the schedule (which was fine - it was not an emergency), but I was not forgotten. The owners as the technician, Dan, who actually did the work, were all friendly and professional. the plumbing looks great and is working well. i wouldn't have realized that there was no shut-off valve in the house had it not been for Drew's observation, and  I now have greater piece of mind.

The plumber arrived on schedule and quickly diagnosed the problem with my faucet (no water coming out at all).  One of my adult children was home to let him in.  We then did all the business on the phone.  Just the faucet needed replacing, and he also mentioned that the garbage disposal was ancient and not working all that well.  I was very happy to be reminded of this and I asked him to replace the garbage disposal.  We agreed that he would replace the faucet with a very similar faucet of the brand that he recommended.  When I got home, all was done!  The plumber was prompt, efficient and I loved being able to make decisions over the phone!

I found D. Burgo to be very responsive, they arrived on time and perfomed the work in a neat manner.

Drew & team were awesome to work with.  They were very responsive, very professional, and reasonably priced.  They are my go-to guys from now on.

Called the emergency hotline originally as it was late on a Sunday originally.  Serviceman came out and spent only about 30 min using a manual snake to try and unblock the clog.  The line had a limited access points for an old iron piping, but  was informed the line would need replaced for $800-$1,000. They came back another day and replace the line and installed a new sink for the laundry room, removing an older steel sink.  Overall the quality of the new pipeline install was good and the serviceman was polite and courteous, I'm just not sure if the full line needed replaced, which drove may have made the final bill a little pricier than it may had been needed.

Danny and the Burgo team removed all of the fixtures from our powder room prior to our new floors beign installed. They worked through some issues with insulation, the set-up of the space and provided a recomendation that was safe, would last, was done right and fit our budget. Danny returned when we called and replaced all of the items (new this time) and we even threw a dishwasher install in there and he didnt bat an eye.
Danny was friendly, clean (all surfaces were covered) and a pleaseure to do business with.  I would recommed him adn the Burgo team to everyone.

We updated the majority of the plumbing after buying our house.  Burgo was friendly, professional and reasonably priced.  They were clean and easy to work with and helped us figure out what was needed and where without charging a fortune.  I would definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs.

Dan arrived and completed the work in a prompt and professional manor.  He put drop cloths down to protect our carpet and hardwood floors.  Due to a new sink he had to reconfigure the drain and water lines.  Everything looks and works great.  Dan also took the time upon completion to make sure we were happy with the way everything looked.  They were very reasonable and fair with pricing.
This is our second time using them and we won't hesitate to use them for our next project.

In the end, he couldn't relieve the problem because of the amount of debris that was in the line. He spent almost 2 hours on it and only charged me $50. He was honest and did a fantastic job in keeping me informed at all times.
I told him that I would be in touch whenever I needed them in the future

Two to four people came out.  It took about six hours.  The workers were very professional.  They cleaned up after themselves.

Mr.Burgo arrived  on time, very professional, he and his helpers where finished almost as fast as they came doing everything as good as I wanted it! How great is that! THe price was not too expensive. He showed knowledge of his profession. These guys are so nice, you wish they were part of your family.

They were great.  Everything was excellent.  The guy was great on all level.  They did a fantastic job.  They were extremely professional, courteous and prompt.  They cleaned up after themselves.  If someone is looking for a provider who is prompt, reasonable, does excellent job and is very experienced, I would recommend D Burgo.

They were professional from the start through the finish, quick, and responsive. They advised me upon the first call to better assess the leak source so that I didn't spend money on their time for something I could do on my own. Once the problem was identified, they were able to show up within a few hours after my call and repaired the pipe shortly thereafter.
