I called their answering service and told the lady my sump pump had died and that there was standing water in my basement. She politely told me that I would receive a call back from someone with the company shortly. I was called back in about 3 minutes and assured that they could handle my problem. Within 2 hours a technician was at my house with a new pump which he installed in minutes. The tech then stayed and helped me wind up all the hoses from the 5 portable pumps I had been using and he waited to make sure that the new pump could keep up with the flow. I was thrilled with the prompt, courteous and professional service I received. We will definitely use Ed Lane Plumbing in the future.

Called the company's phone number and left my name, address, and phone number. I received a call back almost immediately. Mr. Lane arrived within the hour and cleaned my sewer line. He was very friendly and courteous.
